How to Apply for Your TIB Bus Card in Calvià
If you’re living in Calvià and using Mallorca’s public transport, getting a TIB Tarjeta Intermodal (bus card) is essential. This personal, non-transferable card makes travel on the TIB and EMT bus network, as well as trains and metro, much easier and it also means free travel.
Here’s everything you need to know about registering for your TIB bus card in Calvià.
Where to Apply in Calvià
You don’t need to travel to Palma to get your bus card. Applications are handled locally, without appoitment, at:
-
Polideportivo de Santa Ponça (Carrer del Riu Síl, 4) Sports Centre
-
Polideportivo de Magaluf (Av. Palmeras, 23) Sports Centre
At these points you can apply for a new card, renew an existing one, or request a duplicate. The card is provided on the spot once your documents are checked. The issue of the first card is free. Subsequent replacement cards (for any reason like loss, theft, or damage) will cost 8€.
